Inca Trail - The road to Machu Picchu

I have been dying to share these shots with you guys. Finally here they are, the Inca Trail to the lost city of Machu Picchu, Peru. This has to be one of the most amazing experiences of my life. It's difficult to explain the feeling this place gives you, or the feeling of reaching it after four days of hiking through mountains, torrential rain & sickness. Anyone going to South America PLEASE make sure you do this trek, I promise you will not regret it! x

Salt Flats - Bolivia

3 days driving over the Bolivian salt flats. Pretty spectacular. I didnt realise the diversity in landscapes this country has to offer. Highly recommend doing this. You can also do a one day tour if you dont have the time. Tours leave from Uyuni. Be warned you will have to practice the Spanish for this one as most of the guides dont speak english. x

Death Road - Bolivia

I think the name says it all here. Death road in Bolivia has to be one of the most amazing (& terrifying) things I have ever done. The weather was fitting of the title (cold, heavy rain & thick mist) making the ride all the more difficult. I couldnt take my SLR for obvious reasons, but i still managed to get a few snaps. Enjoy x

Buenos Aires - Argentina

How to sum up Buenos Aires. I don't know if its possible. This city is a MUST for anyone coming to South America! By day BA has so much to offer in the way of diversity. Each district has its own flavor (Above is La Boca). The central part of the city has a slightly european fee l that reminded me somewhat of Paris. It's at night However that BA truely comes to life. This cities nightlife is insane.  If you're backpacking you cannot go past Milhouse (It's up there with the best hostels I have stayed in worldwide). Start your nights with a famous Argentinian steak then off to Bars & Clubs. Just be warned when you enter a club in Buenos Aires be prepared for the sun to be greating you on your way out. x

Patagonia - Argentina

Well this was probably one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Above are shots from the Moreno Glacier In southern Argentina. I have never been blown away by a natural landspace as I was when I first came in sight of this huge Glacier. This was only hightened by climbing it. If youre ever in this part of the world I highly recommend setting aside a day to tackle it. BigIce are the company to sort it through. Enjoy x
